Project Management

Management of an individual project is followed through by one individual. This ensures an organized process as one team member understands the project fully and communicates with the client. This management is a constant effort throughout the building process.

Full architectural/interior design

Our team will provide full service design and architectural plans, working with you to put your vision on paper. We also work with plans provided to us from our clients who have worked with an architect. Exterior and interior finishes will be discussed and agreed upon before building commences and throughout this process.

Current home evaluation

The ABBOTT team partners with best in the business Realtors and appraisers. We will evaluate your current property and outline where improvements can be made in order to raise the value of your home/property for sale or future living.

Permit Acquisition

All permits needed for construction are taken care of by the ABBOTT team, before and during the build.

Project budgeting

budgeting can be one of the toughest parts of the home building process, but we strive to make it as seamless and thorough as possible. The ABBOTT Luxury Homes team commits to our clients’ budget.

Construction Scheduling

After all plans are finalized and before building commences, a full start-to-finish timeline is provided to each client. This timeline includes projected milestones in the building process, service teams working on the project at any given time, as well as what is required of the client during the job with regard to choosing finishes, lighting etc. This allows the client to keep on top of decisions needing to be made and insures a completion date as projected.
